the rim of the caldera, borders the cooling waters of the pool complex. The wedding reception venue can cater for up to 150 guests.

Diamond Reception Package

Minimum participants: 50 / Maximum participants: 150
Duration: 19:30 – 02:00

Diamond offers all basic package inclusions plus

Set-up on total from 1 to 50 guests
Sparkling wine or cocktail served on guest arrival
Mediterranean / Greek Buffet or tailor-made menus (salads, appetisers, hot courses, desserts)
DJ for the duration of the event (19:30 – 02:00)
Free consumption of house wine and refreshments for the entire evening
Open bar with unlimited consumption of standard alcoholic drinks, local beer and refreshments for the entire evening
Chauffeur service for the couple during photo shoot after the ceremony

Notes

DJ, music & sound system in outdoor verandas are allowed until 00:30 am.
After that everything is transferred into the lobby and the party may continue until 02:00 am.
If the party requests an extension of extra hours, food & beverage costs, staff costs & details
will be settled on site during the pre-event meeting.

Fireworks are allowed until 22.30 pm after local authorities permit
Lanterns are not allowed by the Greek firefighting & civil protection law
Swimming pool use is permitted between 10:30 – 18:30
Any accident which may occur is the guest’s responsibility
Decoration (flowers, big candles, candle holders etc.) are not included
Decoration provided from outside companies should be gathered after the event has ended

Children Menus & Fees

Children must be supervised at all times as the hotel is nestled on the cliffside.
Parents or supervisors must comply with hotel policies and appropriate behaviour.
Children under 12 years are free of charge
Children 12 years & up – 50% discount if they choose the same menu as the adults
If children choose from the child menus, they will be charged those rates
