Theros Wave is the hidden jewel of the southern beaches in Santorini – the perfect place for a magical wedding day.
This secluded location is ideal for weddings and wedding receptions. Theros is a seafront complex featuring an organized beach with
lounge beds and a beach bar with restaurant area.

Theros Wave Beach Bar does not provide wedding planning services and prefers that all arrangements be made through wedding planners.
Because there aren’t any other buildings close by, Theros is great place to have a party after the wedding dinner.

Fees & Services

Maximum capacity – 200 seated persons
In order to book the venue you must choose one of the Drinks packages
Open Bar Drinks package: minimum duration 5 hours
Open Bar duration starts upon guest arrival (with or without ceremony)
Theros Open Bar: Children under 15 years / free of charge
Theros Wedding Menu: Children under 4 years / free of charge
Rental fee includes: Staff, DJ and decoration
DJ and open bar last throughout the reception
Couples may bring their own music collection (iPod or USB)

Venue Decoration

Square glass vases with candle and shells, round glass vases with candle, smaller white lanterns all over the venue,
large candle lanterns in the entrance, white hanging balls, hanging candle lanterns and beach lanterns.

Venue Availability

The Wedding Venue is not available from 1st Aug – 10th Sept (high season)
All day exclusive use rental is available during low and mid season

Wedding Reception Catering

In House Catering is available for up to 40 persons
An outside caterer must be used for a larger wedding party
Theros Wave does not provide catering between 1st July – 10th Sept

Set Up Preparation

The venue is available 1 1/2 hours before the scheduled reception time. If needed, there is extra time available in the
morning of the same day. The Reception duration is 7 hours plus 1 1/2 hours for setup preparation

Terms & Conditions

Private ceremony & reception less than 20 guests: minimum charge plus rental fee
All Day & Night exclusive use fee to be discussed
50% down payment of rental fee plus taxes on reservation confirmation is required via bank deposit or credit card authorisation
Cancellations: 3 months prior to event – 50% of downpayment is refundable
